We can help you with the process to obtain your Canadian Citizenship! There are different ways that someone would qualify to obtain Canadian Citizenship. If you haven’t met the qualifications yet, we will help to guide you through obtaining the qualifications that you need as well as the timelines associated.

What do I need to send in my application?

We will guide you, step by step, through the immigration process that is right for you. We will help you to compile all of the necessary documents needed in order to submit a complete application. If you do choose to submit the application on your own, every application has a corresponding document check list to make sure you submit all required documents. And, don’t forget, all documents that are not in English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation. 

My application got refused, can you help with that?

There are many reasons that an application may get refused. We will help you to find out why the application got refused and help guide you through an immigration process that you will be successful with. 

How do I become a permanent resident of Canada?

There are many different pathways to obtain your permanent residency. We will assess your credentials to advise you on the programs that you are eligible for. There are also very important restrictions to becoming a permanent resident and, maintaining your permanent residency status, that you must be aware of. 

How do I find the right job for me?

There are many different resources that you can use to obtain a job in Canada. IRCC has links to different tools (like the job bank) to help you to communicate with employers in Canada who are hiring.  

While we are not an employment agency, we would be happy to help to provide you with resources needed to obtain a job. And, of course, the necessary processes to obtaining the correct work permit for the job you desire. 

How do I get a Work Permit if I’m not sure where I want to work?

You may be eligible for an Open Work Permit, which will allow you to work anywhere. You may be eligible to apply for an open work permit if, you are an international student who just graduated from a designated learning institution, applied for permanent residence, dependent family member of someone who applied for permanent residence, the spouse or common-law partner of a skilled worker or international student, a young worker participating in special programs, or other situations. We would assess your credentials and advise you on how to obtain a work permit. 

How do I renew my study permit?

Sometimes the course you’re enrolled in takes longer than expected. Sometimes you decide to enrol in another program after finishing your first one. There are many reasons that you may need to extend your study permit. We will help to facilitate the re-application of your study permit to ensure that you will have a permit valid long enough to complete your desired studies. 

What is Labour Market Impact Assessment?

A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that an employer in Canada may need to get before hiring a foreign worker. A positive LMIA will show that there is a need for a foreign worker to fill the job. It will also show that no Canadian worker is available to do the job. A positive LMIA is sometimes called a confirmation letter. Once the employer gets the LMIA, then you could apply for a work permit. We can not only help you with your work permit, but we can also assist the business apply for their LMIA. 

How do I change the school I’m attending?

Depending on the reason that you’re changing schools, there are different processes to follow. As authorized representatives for many different schools in the province, we can assist you in finding a program to suit your interests and previous education. Once you have been accepted to your desired program, we will facilitate the necessary process to make the changes with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.
