Quebec Immigration

Quebec selects and assesses immigrants based on its own rules and criteria according to Canada-Quebec Accord. Individuals must apply for a Certificat de sélection du Québec, which is proof that Quebec has accepted and selected an individual as an immigrant. Once an individual has been selected by Quebec they must apply to Citizenship and Immigration Canada for permanent residence.

Individuals seeking to obtain permanent residence in Quebec must obtain a Certificate de sélection du Québec (CSQ) 

Quebec also has its own eligibility criteria for individuals seeking to study or work in Quebec and individuals seeking to work or study in Quebec as temporary residents must obtain a Certificat d'acceptation Québec (CAQ).

The "Ministère de l'immigration, de la Diversité et de l"Iclusion" is responsible for administrating Quebec's immigration and temporary resident services.
